Freddy Fresh Pizza in Dresden

A difference like day and night, whether you order here or at the branch in Strehlen (where you are much better served). Unfortunately burnt food and little sauce repeatedly (see photo). And then charge 8 € for it? Had it been served that way on site, it would have gone back. I would also like a reasonable quality here. At least it is delivered very quickly and warmly by always friendly drivers.

How can a company nowadays not be able to logistically manage to equip a driver with 2 deliveries at the same time if they are to arrive only 10 minutes apart and have the same address. Why doesn't a company manage to calculate even halfway accurate processing times these days? Why is the pizza almost always at least 30 minutes late?

Service usually works really well. And the handling of any complaints is absolutely fine. So far, 90% of all orders have arrived in the specified time, warm and with a satisfactory taste. The remaining 10% still has to be worked on ;-)

I ordered the food to be picked up, went very quickly and of good quality.

Reliable delivery service. Nice personel. A bit price-intensive but good.

Although already ordered at 5:30 p.m. for 7:00 p.m., the order didn't arrive until 7:22 p.m. That can happen on a Sunday ... However, all the food was cold and mushy (burger, pizza, nuggets) and far from tasty. The only positive thing was the stressed but nice and friendly supplier.

Everything was fine today. Had pre-ordered as it usually takes a little longer on Sundays. Delivery arrived super on time, the food was hot and tasty and the driver was very friendly. We especially liked that he was wearing a face mask. Keep it up

The order was placed at 19:12. 8:41 pm called for the first time to ask where our food is. We were then told it was out and would arrive any moment. 21:41 called again and we were told the same thing and the Lord assured us it would arrive. The food never arrived.

Are loyal customers and very disappointed today. Have a.o. ordered the pizza California, where the rocket is completely missing. We are not used to it and are very dissatisfied with the service quality! We very much hope that the quality of service will improve, otherwise we will switch to a different competitor.

Delivered on time and the pizza was delicious !! Not too much cheese as with some other delivery services. Many Thanks!

We ordered via Lieferando, the supplier was there over 20 minutes earlier and was super friendly and the food was delicious and above all it was still hot

I ordered the 2nd time from you yesterday and have been very satisfied so far. Pizza was perfect, nice and warm, not burnt or anything else. Was really delicious. Small point of criticism: I never really get the pizza apart, although I have selected "Please cut" for additional items. But that's not that bad, it would just be cool if you could cut a little better in the future: D ^^

Ate a pizza for lunch today. I found them all delicious and very tasty toppings. Ll be back soon.

To be honest, I thought about giving even fewer stars. I ordered a cheese crusted Phoenix pizza and it was just disappointing. I thought she had no crust at all or it just disappeared. Thank goodness the barbecue sauce saved the pizza but next time Freddy Fresh will be my last choice.

Since I've already worked for the company, I know so little what to look out for. So far the pizzas have always been warm! But if you forget additional rubbers and that's not even schexxx! Please pull the pizza rolls out of the oven sooner, otherwise they will burn! When you open the box, a burnt smell comes towards you .. please change this and the staff at the oven please pay attention to "extra toppings" otherwise perfectly

While I am writing this review, I am still waiting for my order ... which is now 2h45min in the past. There is no question that processing a few more orders on Sundays is rude and flippant on the phone to tell me I will get a € 5 discount, which cannot be redeemed because you can already pay online and there is no solution like the discount on the order is offered is quite an imposition. Thanks for nothing.

Food was very good and a very nice driver. Unfortunately we had to wait 80 minutes. Which of course is not nice when you are hungry. Therefore 1 star deduction.

Order came relatively punctually, but unfortunately a product was missing. Call to the branch - the driver is informed and delivers. Have waited 1 hour - in vain. So called again in the branch, apparently we were "forgotten" .... or no desire or totally overwhelmed .... The appetite was of course gone! A credit was agreed - I'm curious when it comes

The delivery was super punctual but incomplete. After a call it was said that it would be delivered later - but "it will take some time". After a little over 30 minutes, the subsequent delivery finally came. In the meantime, the other part of the family ate his lukewarm pizza, otherwise it would have been completely cold. So we ate better ...

I ordered from Freddy Fresh again today and was not disappointed. The time that the employee told me on the phone was kept and the pizzas arrived warm. What more do you want? The driver was friendly and tasted good as always. I will definitely order again.
